How quickly will I receive my prescription or fit note?
Same day service is available for most appointments. After your consultation and clinical assessment, if a prescription or fit note is clinically appropriate, it will be issued electronically. Prescriptions are sent to your chosen pharmacy, and fit notes can be downloaded immediately.
Is my appointment confidential and secure?
Absolutely. All appointments are conducted through encrypted video technology with strict GDPR compliance. Your medical information is kept confidential and secure in accordance with UK healthcare regulations and professional standards.
Will my GP be informed about the appointment?

The service costs £69. At booking, we place a card authorization of £69 — no immediate charge is made. If at least one outcome (prescription or fit note) is issued, the authorization is captured. If neither is issued, the authorization is released on the same day, and no charge is made. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
